EV Charger Installation

• Single-phase 7kW charger install (charger supplied by client, typical run): $1,400 – $2,400
• Single-phase 7kW charger supplied + installed (major brands incl. Tesla Wall Connector): $2,400 – $3,600
• Three-phase 22kW-capable install: from $2,800
• What drives the price: cable run distance, switchboard capacity, load management requirements

Subfloor Ventilation

• Ducted subfloor ventilation system, designed and installed: $2,500 – $6,500+
• What drives the price: subfloor area, number of fans, EC vs AC motors, access conditions
• Includes humidity assessment and system design

Smart Lighting & Home Automation

• Clipsal Wiser smart switch installation: from $180 per point (hardware + install)
• Whole-home smart lighting design and installation: quoted per project after consultation

Ceiling Fans

• Supply and install (Hunter Pacific, up to 7-year manufacturer warranty): $450 – $750 per fan
• Install only (client-supplied fan, existing wiring): from $250

Common Smaller Jobs
